A Rose In The Devil’s Garden
I have been drawing some short comics about Mayann’s life in Paris before the events in Goldenbird. The first strip is titled: “All That Whispers Ain’t God”. Click the teaser picture to see the page.
The rose tiles on the page are “borrowed” from a C. R. Mackintosh design. Needless to say, I often listen to a piece of music called “I Found A Rose In The Devil’s Garden”, performed by H. Raderman’s Jazz Orchestra (download). The text is worth a look, if you are a sentimental fool like me…
