Spam spam spam
I haven’t updated much lately, but that doesn’t mean I have been lazy. I’ve been deleting spam comments.
According to spam management tool Akismet’s website, 93% of all comments are spam. In my case, that certainly is an understatement. Without Akismet, I would be screwed. Plugins are available for Wordpress and at least 20 other platforms. It’s open source, which is A Good Thing. I suppose I need to update it, though. Some spam messages are slipping through the net (but hold for management, so you won’t see them).

Doesn’t WordPress have word verification???????
That’s just insane on the Internet of today.
