Axel.T: No, I have to be a good historian and attend the Historikerdagarna 2008 in Lund, the very same weekend. But I’ll give Tinet some of last year’s issues of Goldenbird to sell. I haven’t had any money or time to print any new ones, anyway.

Oh, money has a way of magically appearing when you need it the most… unlike time! Maybe you could finish my Ph.D. for me instead? ^_^
Comic artists and historians have one thing in common: both wish for money so that they can work, not the other way around like “normal” people…
Thanks for your comments, Axel.T! I’m planning to collect the complete issues in one or two volumes, and I hope you’ll be around to pick them up at SPX 2009 or some other occasion. There are only 3½ chapters/issues left (I think).

Hmm, jag kom på att den här bilden är en skrämmande avbild av min situation just nu.
Jesus = avhandling
Mayann = serier
Falco = jag
Men jag säger som påven, det handlar inte om “God OR the girl”, vad man än väljer tjänar man ju samma Herre! (Okej, det var kanske inte påven, det var om någon reality show med katolska präststuderande.)
Min förmåga att strukturera en berättelse har i alla fall blivit mycket bättre tack vare avhandlingsarbetet. (Det är väl ungefär så Falco resonerar om sin relation till Mayann, jämfört med andra kvinnor i hans hemliga förflutna…)
